"HRI Water Balance Are A Gift From God!!!
I was told a while ago that I had 'fluid retention' and had no idea what the doctor was talking about or why that was the case, or in fact, what to do about it. I came across HRI and gave them a go; I'm glad I did because these work well and you don't have to pay a fortune for the privilege of having normal fluid levels!...
...After taking it will be a few hours really before you notice significant visible differences, but you need to really ensure you're drinking enough because, contrary to opinion when these seem to make you pee more, you need to keep drinking. Drinking water actually helps with fluid retention, and you need to drink plenty when taking these. And make sure to take them after you've had a bite to eat beforehand..."

"A Balancing Act
...I have been taking these for around a week at a time and I find that by the end of the week I am looking noticeably less bloated and I feel it too. I do not take four of these every single day of the one week either and sometimes just take two at one meal time (dinner). I did notice that I needed to pee more while using these but I drink well over the recommended 2 litres of water per day anyway so this is not really a problem for me.
I definitely notice an improvement in the puffiness and swelling within just a few hours of using these and this does keep it at bay for the full week I take them and then a good few weeks afterwards. My water retention is definitely better than it has been for a number of years now and I am very pleased with the result of using these tablets. 19 year-old Tom uses HRI Clear Complexion to keep breakouts in check
Tom is a 19 year-old student at Exeter University. In the past, he has suffered from what he describes as ‘fairly bad acne’. He first tried HRI Clear Complexion about five years ago, having first tried some over-the-counter skin creams, which he says did not help his skin at all.
